Pellet burner is the device that mixes the air and the pellet with the appropriate ratio and ensures the correct combustion. In conventional(stoker) combustion systems, the fuel is continuously accumulated in the burning pot and after a certain period of time, the air-fuel mixture does not occur with the appropriate ratio.

With the “patented moving grid system” in the BURNERPOWER Biomass Pellet Burner, the burned pellet is removed by moving the grid in the combustion area at certain time intervals and the fuel-air mixture is constantly kept at an ideal ratio.

With the “guiding channels”, having an utmost importance in the design, the air is directed to the area of the fuel and so burning optimization is provided.

Maximum combustion efficiency is achieved by decreasing the air excess to minimum while keeping the heat loss minimum as well.
